Hi! My name is Joy Bedford. I'm a recent graduate from Tufts University in Studio Art with a minor in Visual and Material Studies.
I'm a huge fan of horror movies and games, Baroque art, my pets Merlin (pug beagle mix), Griflet (cat), and Ziggy (axolotl), and indie graphic novels (My current favorite publisher is Silver Sprocket)!
I love to make art that appropriates media and remakes it in a new image, changing and adding influences, and bringing out queer and feminist themes. I make art for my communities and hope that they connect with the work.
